Mend Vaillant VCW GB 242E Boiler Flue Heating

Vertical External Flue Required For Vaillant VCW GB 242E?

I have a Vaillant boiler VCW GB 242E which vents through my kitchen wall horizontally.
I am having a conservatory built and need to add a 90 degree bend in the flue so that I can send the flue up through the conservatory ceiling.

Is this possible and if so any idea where I can get the parts please?
