Mend Potterton Flamingo Boiler Radiators Hot Water

How do I go about fixing my Potterton Flamingo boiler?

I have a Potterton Flamingo boiler which is not providing hot water or heat to the radiators. The timer switch is working but when it switches on the boiler does not fire up, I cannot see a pilot light and nothing seems to be happening with the pump?

The flamingo if i am not mistaken has a pilot light so if you cannot see one,it has gone out.It could well be the t/couple that has failed.
