1995 Renault Laguna?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help me. My 1995 Laguna has developed a couple of problems just as it is coming up to winter.

Firstly, the wind screen wipers are playing up. They work ok when on a constant setting apart from when switching them off. They do not return to the down position but stay at whatever point they are at when they are turn off. Also when put on the intermittent setting they work constantly and not intermittently. Could this be a dodgy relay??

Also, and more annoying and important, the heater fan has suddenly stopped working. I get nothing from any of the speed settings. I know that people have had problems with only setting number four working, but this is not my problem. i have nothing from the fan at all. I have tried to check the fuse for the fan, but I am not sure which fuse it is as it is not clear of the fuse panel diagram and I cannot locate my user manual at the moment. If it is not the fuse, can anyone point me in the right direction?
