HOW DO YOU UNBLOCK YOUTUBE?

There should be no problem unless it has been blocked by your employer an an educational establishment.

In either case, if you have a genuine requirement to use youtube for business or educational reasons then ask the Systems Administrator to unblock it for you.

However if you are at work and you attempt to negate your employer's computer security that is often considered to be Gross Misconduct and grounds for dismissal.

If you are at school/college see above and take take as lesson on the real world. Get used to it.
