Repair Blaupunk CD Changer?

I've had the same problem. Disks jam and all lights flash. Sometimes comes good if car left overnight. If not, I extract cd changer unit using two ends of wire coat hangar. Unit has an easily removable metal panel on top. This gives easy access to disks which can be removed one at a time. This normally resets unit and disks can be reloaded once unit refitted. I think drive motor seizes slightly so you could try cleaning relubricating the screw part of the motor.
