Worcester Bosch Oil Heatslave 20/25 two years old?

Can not get the central heating to work; the water pump does not seem to be running. Hot water fine. Had a long power cut 2 weeks ago and had a job to get it going again after, also had to re-pressure the system. Radiators bleed, valves on and thermostats up. Any suggestions please?
