Mend 0813 Lights Work Switched

cargo hazzard lights?

hi
the hazzard lights won't work on my cargo 0813 unless the ing is switched on is their a common fault that may cause this need to fix as got to take for safety check

it has a relay that has been put in next to switch they have cut wiring to run though this relay not sure if it would be something to do with tow bar? but i could be way off

Not a common fault that I know off but previous owner might have been messing with wiring to add bits and pieces. Worth checking out the dash wiring esp near the hazard switch
