new coals?

I have had a kohlangaz fire for about 15 years we think the model is called Karizma. can i get new coals and a new crome suround instead of the brass one it has now.

I beleive this company is now owned by BFM-Europe. Stoke on Trent area. Also make Kinder, flavel, and Cannon gas fires. Tel: 01782 339010. You will probably struggle to get parts, and if you do they will cost you. (Probably time for new fire, but beware of possible screw holes in fixing surface, as this fire is visibly bigger than modern ones.) I don't think they will sell direct, but will give you a local number. Good luck.
