New optimax 38 ferroli boiler has no hot water. Heating fine but fault code d1 and d2 on screen?

I have a ferroli Optimax 18kw OV boiler and I get this code too. It means there is a delay in the heat setting generally between hot water demand and heating demand. I think the setting is more common with combi systems.
