Curtain Backing?

after washing curtains they stuck together in places & when I tried to straighten some of Blockout fabic peeled of leaving ugly holes-please does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this problem. thanks in advance Lorraine

It would probably be best to get it relined. Check your yellow pages for a local curtain maker. Blackout lining costs around £4-6 per metre.
