Mend Yardman 6.5 rer Replace Pull Cord

yardman 6.5 rer drive push mower?

How do you replace pull cord. Took plastic off and looks like 4 rivets hold recoil and everything in place.

Assuming a Briggs & Stratton engine, you need to remove the entire cowling fopr access to the recoil. Don't panic - it's only another 6 bolts!
