Mend Potterton Profile 40e Boiler Reset

POTTERTON PROFILE 40e NO PILOT LIGHT - HOW CAN I RE-LIGHT IT?

Just stopped working - no lights on the terminal for CH / HW and know nothing about boilers at all. Please can someone help me - getting colder and kids are freezing - can't find a reset button and have tried turning off and on again after about 20 mins but nothing at all?

The e stands for electronic you do not have a permanent pilot on that boiler ,if you do not see anything electrical or hear anything running try checking the fuse in the switch that supplies your heating with electricity, the circuit boards in those boilers have been upgraded as the old ones were prone to faults
