Mend Worcester Heatslave 15/19 Boiler Lockout Heating System

Any ideas why our worcester heatslave 15/19 keeps locking out?

our worcester heatslave 15/19 boiler locks out as soon as we turn on the hot water or about 5 mins after we press the button if we do nothing, it has been bled, has new control box and have cleaned the flue sensor.... any ideas/ suggestions welcomed

Burner lockout 5 minutes into a demand - most commonly, either an issue with the oil supply (airlocks in the line, blocked filter) or possibly the solenoid dropping out.

the lock out light on the front and on the control box come on , it doesnt seem to fire properly
