what is wrong with my rca- opal mp3 player? how do i fix it?!?

My Opal stopped working and everytime i try and turn it on it says "KEYS LOCKED" and shuts down!!!!!!

i tried reseting it and charging it, but nothing will work!

can anyone help explain to me on what to do?!!!!!

Audio, MP3 Players Working Turn Keys

There is a slide switch on the back that needs to be slid to the left to unlock the keys.

All you have to do is to unlock it. The switch is located in the back of your mp3
