keypad illuminated but no power light on?

my keypad is illuminated on my accenta mini 8, but theres is no power light on, and the key pad is dead

Just had same problem with my alarm, switched in off at main circuit box, panel reset, now works a dream. Many Thanks

hi just fixed mine .i turned off my electricity at the rgb mains and when i switched it on hey presto!everything came on .hope this helps
