The trick is to remove the plastic clips that hold the clean water tank and then stand behind the machine and look inside of the blue plastic housing where the clips used to be and remove the two screws that are hidden there. Also remove the three screws located in the recessed holes in the back side of the blue curved plastic housing. The pump is no longer available for this model from bissell. It is typically rusted out.
