Mend Ford Fiesta Cold Start S

cold start and lagging s reg fiesta?

in the morning when i start my car it will fire up straight away and ticks over 4 around 10 15 seconds then it coffs and cuts out but it will start straight away again and this continues to happen untill the car warms up but even then as im driving down the road it laggs in 2nd 3rd and 4th. any idears???? cheers

have a look for vacume pipes off,u might here a hissing noise if theres one off
