direct draw?

direct draw is directly related to your videocard most newer ones should have it though.
What sort of videocard is it?
A new one iis fairly cheap now
Also you might need the drivers for it which you can get by identifying the videocard if you dont have the disk and going to homepage of the company that made it, alternitively type in
direct draw whatever dll download in google and just try and get the dll
In win 98 the dlls go in the system folder or system 32 which is in the main windows folder not sure about XP tho
