it's most likely a fuel issue. pull the starter handle a few times and then remove the spark plug. if it's dry, you're not getting fuel to the cylinder and should proceed with a carb cleaning. if it's wet, check for spark.

sounds like you need to have a presser check done on the cycliner block. Could be a blown head gasket or seals. I owe my own OPE bussiness.
