Briggs & Stratton blade drive?

If it's a ride on, I assume the blades are driven by a belt? Is it an electric clutch? If so, the most likely problem is a dead blade engage switch. As a test, you can try connecting it direct to the battery, but access may be a problem. If it's a cable clutch, and the cable actually moves, the clutch unti itself may be faulty. Repair not possible - replacement required (it can be taken apart, but parts are not available).
