How to fit a belt with no gate adjustment


Check to see if the motor CAN BE ADJUSTED IN AN ARC MOVEMENT TO TENSION OR SLACKEN the BELT if not read on.

Line the belt up centrally with the small pulley grooves now feed the remaining belt onto the large pulley wheel as we get nearly on the belt will appear to short to fit. At this point start to rotate the large pulley wheel in the SAME direction as belt this WILL make the belt jump onto the pulley.

(This is like putting a chain back on a bicycle when it has come off.)
