How can i make my Diplomat 700Ga heat up fully?

I have a Diplomat 700Ga which will only heat on low settings - when turning up the flame does not increase

Hi Glenn, i would say that either the flame failure device or regulator is faulty.You will need a Cirgi engineer to fit these parts. Diplomat are on 08457-959722, they are Corgi and will more than likely have these parts as van stock if not too old.All the best
