It may be the fuse/switch or the pump has stuck. Not sure where abouts to access the pump as I've only worked on my C2 and the pump in that is under the toilet roll holder which lifts out to reveal the water tank and pump cage. You could email them hoping they will tell you where to access the pump. Anyway I tested mine to see if power was getting to the pump by turning on a 12 volt light you can see [one in toilet if there is one] and watch to see if the light dims when switch pressed. if it does then it IS most likely to be the pum has stuck, I've had that on two caravans and freed the pump by turning the impeler at the end with a small screwdriver gently untill the pump impeler turned freely then replaced it pressed the flush knob and it worked. If the light doesn't dim then it could be the switch or fuse.
Hope this helps.
