my dyson o4 motor is running slow?

My dyson motor will now only run at slow speed as when you pick it up off the floor. I can get it to run fast but only by banging it very hard. There must be a switch some where any body know where and how to get to it???

Hi, at the back of the bottom of the bin there is a microswitch that gets pressed in when the bin is replaced. this increases the speed from half to full speed. By pressing the bin back into the dyson you may find the speed increases. If this is so then jamming that switch will solve the problem.
