How do I set the clock?

I replaced the battery in my vehicle and now I can't get the clock to set. I need to know how to set the clock on a JVC KD-S30 in dash disc player.

After you have hit the "SEL" button for 2 seconds and the "DEMO" display comes up, you then have to hit the dual button on the the bottom right side. (The cd track forward and back buttons ) That will take you into the clock settings! But yeah...they could have made it a little easier to figure out!
