Does it try to spin? If it doesn't spin then your lid switch could be bad. If it spins then the pump could be clogged or not working.

I just started having a similiar problem. It just stops during the rinse cycle and if you listen you don't hear the timer. If I move the dial forward. Nothing. If I rotate the dial all the way around to the rinse cycle it will start again if its previous to the point it stopped at and then stop again when it reaches that point. If I try similiar in the other cycles it will start at some point in the rinse cycle, but stop dead before finishing that cycle. I'm just trying to reach a point where the water will drain and I wont have to bail.

Hello,
Do you hear any noises like the motor running trying to pump the water out? Is it just a dead machine?
