Hotpoint wf541 Washing Machine Noisy Drum?

hi did you ever get your washing machine fixed? mine does exactly the same thing as you described?

check the up/down movement in the drum 1/8" to a 1/4"bearing need changing something spinning SLOW like 800 rpm ain't going to get HOT the same thing spinning at 1400 will get HOT quicker then start to drone,like a worn wheel bearing on a car,comes on after a few miles
