What would cause my Quattro to idle super slow and how do I fix it? It's a Briggs and Stratton 4hp Quattro push mower. It doesn't smoke or anything, it's just running real slow. Thanks.
It could also be impeded air flow. Check your air filter to see if it is extremely dirty. Also your exhaust for dents if a longer type....Dusty10x

You have been mowing under a bush or shrub and in doing so you have bent back the throttle speed adjuster tang- simply get someone to keep the engine running whilst you adjust the tang forward with a pair of pliers.
