how to tighten a tilt and turn window?

To tighten the windows you will see around the inside of the windows are round cams which lock the window into place ,you can adjust them by turning them with a screw driver this will tighten the window ,you will be turning the top cam which is where you are having the problem. Just turn it a little bit at a time untill you get the required tightness.
