Mend Ravenheat RSF 100ET Combi Boiler Ignition

RAVENSHEAT COMBI RSF 100ET PILOT LIGHT PROBLEM?

Hi when i try to get hot water the pilot comes on blue light, then ignites the burner. after a few seconds it turns itself off and repeats the cycle. I tried to turn heating on and the pilot didnt come on. Any suggestions out there. john

Sounds like your gas valve is faulty but before we condem it check that the gas isolation valve is fully open.
