Mend Ravenheat Boiler Ignition

ravenheat combi boiler?

my question is. the ignition does not click in and only when i run lots water off then it does ignite but it only ignites for 5 seconds then goes out..i have found now that when i take the 2 screws out and let the control panel down it works perfectly ok..must be a problem when i put the control panel back up?
