Mend Worcester 24i Boiler No Heat

no hot water - no heating ?

Boiler Worcester 24i - flashing blue light - and reset light - seems to try to reset but then just fails to ....it seems not to 'fire' back up again...so I have no hot water and no heating ...can anybody advise what we can do....?

re pressurise the heating system via the filling loop also the button often sticks in the front plastic panel if so remove front panel and enlarge button opening slightly
