Mend Rockford Fosgate CY468 2002 Cd Player

2002 Nissan Sentra CD player not playing CD's?

The Rockford Fosgate CY468 unit in my Sentra has stopped playing CD's. It ejects the disc and gives an "Err" message. What can I do to fix this?
