ring 0844 8225225 you will probably will need to replace all the coals if you phone and give this number 32 132 81 and order all the replacement parts i have just bought all the replacement parts for £114.97 after a lot of haggling with the salespreson origionally quoted £177.95 GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR HAGGLING
