where can i buy a small plunger to change a spotlight?

I too need to change a spotlight however all my internet searches have proven fruitless does anyone know wher to buy such a small rubber plunger

Go to a hardware store ie Homebase/B&Q etc and purchase a suction pad and hook for hanging (say) a towel.
