Start the engine. Pull throttle wide open. Back out the high-speed mixture screw to optain max speed. NOTE the number of turns required to do this.
Stop engne and check that it can be re-started. If ok, check that engine picks up cleanly from idle to full. If not, adjust low speed screw (out) until it does.
If these adjustments are not possible (IE they don't work) you probably have faiuled crankcase seals. Engine strip required.
