Mend Year Needs Replaced

I have a 14 year old glider that needs springs replaced?

I have a glider that is 14 years old and two of the three springs broke from one side of the chair. The springs are connected into the wood with metal hanger type wire. can they be removed and replaced by an apprentice repair person? where can i find some to purchase?
