Mend Fridge Freezer Replacement

Sliding Integrated Firdge Door Mechanism?

Hi

I have a integrated fridge/freezer. The Freezer door has come away from the sliding mechanism and has fallen off - can you purchase replacement sliding mechanisms for these.

The cupboard door is a separate wood panel and should have a metal clip that slides into its counterpart on the outside face of the freezer door. I am having difficulty finding these in DIY stores or anywhere online.
