No help here. I have a Fuji xd 512MB. One day after loading pix to my computer I tried to take a picture & the msg. on the camera said "can not write to card". I see no slider, button or anything movable. All there is, is a small square notch on the left edge.

there is probably a small slider on the side of the card that write protects it. if you change the position of it that may help.
