Door won't open?

Could there still be water in the drum ?get the end of drain hose and lower into a empty bowl lower bowl to ground SEE HOW MUCH WATER FLOWS OUT. when stopped try the door again if door opens may have partly blocked filter that is slowing the flow of water or drain pumping problem.
