boot it do this by getting the back up disk hold f8 when switch on and boot from floppy or cd dvd

I have no intention of telling anyone on an open forum how to hack laptops and I hope that no one else will either because it is a recipe for increasing the number of stolen laptops.
In your case, as I am sure that your laptop is not stolen, I suggest that you take it to your local computer shop. If you show them Proof of ownership and ID they will be able to unlock it for you.
