Mend Lawnmower Battery Engine

Why it just spin slow but wont start?

I dont know what type it is, but it'will spin slow and it has a new battery. Even when i try to jump it, it still does the same thing. Can you tell me what the problem coud be.

Melvin, I am not too sure what you are asking. You are not specific enough about the problem. Many things couls cause your engine to spin slowly. Starter going out, bad connections, no ground. Check to make sure you are getting spark before you do anything else
