How can I fix my Moffat electric oven?

Thanks to CK for his reply, you're right I will have to replace the fan. Can I do it myself or do I have call a technician. I assume I have to replace both the fan and the motor?

sometimes they come as a kit and you get fan and nut with them other times its the motor only.take back panel out cooker 4 screw,undo fan nut 10mm CLOCKWISE,take back off cooker,unscrew or rotate motor to release.reverse fitting
