Mend Toyota Corolla 1993 Side Press Front

toyota corolla 1993 (UK) My side lights come on when i press the brakes?

My front side lights come on when i press the brakes and when i turn the lights on my brake lights stay on constantly.
I suspect an earth on the rear light cluster. the problem is i cannot find the earth cable on either side. Can someone tell me when i can find it please?

you have the incorrect bulbs on your tail lights-sounds stupid i know but its true,

havent changed any bulbs lately?would'nt be the first time i've come across the wrong brake/tail light bulb fitted.all bulbs are not the same.

it will be a bad earth on the rear light cluster like you said.the earth is part of the connector on the rear light cluster.take the connector off & spray some wd40 on it & reconnect it.that should cure the problem
