how do you fit tumble dryer belts?

I have done it, but it can be a fiddly job, your average car mechanic will cope , my hoover drier now works like new and if i had to do it again it would be easy with the benfit of experience,no special tools needed just patience and inteligence , hmm --don't try it if you are a car mechanic.!!
