you can feed belt down between back panel and the inner drum with care without removing the fan blade.when you have fitted the belt make sure that the metal fan blades are straight and haven't bent whilst feeding belt between cabinet.carefully bend them straight if needs be.once belt around drum lay dryer on its side and take plate off the base to fit the belt over the motor pulley.stretch belt is very hard to pull over motor pulley but will go if pulled HARD

The fan normally has a wire circlip that is compressed with pliers to expand it. Then it should slide off leaving the fan loose to remove also.
