brutally.the problem is getting the drums off.slacken off the cble adjmnt,and try and insert a screwdriver through the backplate hole to lever back the shoe hbrake opperating lever..is no go(usual)I slacken off the bleed nipple and lever/pry/hammer,basicaly anywat u can to remove drum.once off its a case of replacing wornshoes and unsiezing any locked up bits.rebuild using plenty of copper grease,and then pumping the handbrake to opperate the self adjusters so as to take up slack.last thing is to reset hbrake cble to 4-5 clicks.dont forget to bleed the brakes if u had to slacken off nipple.
