Mend Renault Rx4 scenic Pump Start Stop

Busted grand scenic diesel will not stay running?

Ive a Rx4 scenic 2002year diesel that will some times start but stop after 5mins. When it stops i can hear the fuel pump run for 10 mins then stop and start at will. can some one help me please.

no engine managment lights on?heyho,first remove the fuel filler cap and run it in case the filler vent hole is blocked.next renew the fuel filter if u havent already.retry.next is engine code reader time.either u buy a code reader or get a garage to read it for you,but without valid codes from the ecu then you are guessing and wasting time/money.
