wiper fiat punto broken?

One of the window wipers in my fiat punto (W Reg) does not move. How do I fix it ?

Check under the bonnet and see if one of the wiper link arms has detached itself. If so (which has happend to me and many others) you might need to replace it. £110 at Fiat or £30 for replacement arms from a company called Wipex.
