I cannot remove the drill from a b&d kr650cre keyless drill. ?

This Black and Decker Drill is made of plastic housing so it may not work, but you can give this a try....
-Take the Power tool apart
-take the gear box intact and leave the armature in
- put the gear housing in a vise
-take a pipe wrench or pliers (large) and hold onto the armature with one hand and with the pliers or pipe wrench hold onto the chuck and turn the wrench.
I should mention I have broken housings and ruined gears trying to get chucks off of this model.
